I. Principle

Real-time Overall Equipment Effectiveness System is a comprehensive system used to analyze the overall efficiency of equipment (OEE). Every production equipment has its own theoretical capacity. To realize this theoretical capacity, it is necessary to ensure that there is no interference and quality loss. OEE is used to show the ratio of actual production capacity to theoretical capacity. It is an independent measuring tool.

The system has an automatic data acquisition module. You can easily obtain all kinds of information in the production of related bottleneck equipment, such as unexpected downtime and reasons, planned downtime and categories, and current production efficiency, etc., and provide the most valuable data for OEE. At the same time, the system can also generate real-time production information reports, including fault shutdown, capacity information, etc. OEE provides customers with intuitive real-time reporting information.

3. Details of Shutdown/Fault Operation

You can view the "Event/Over-limit List Report" within the specified time period, and display the corresponding information on the left edge of the screen. The event state diagram shows the time distribution of events over the length of jobs or shifts. Selecting an event from the table will display more information (edit, delete, assign, etc.) on the right edge of the screen. This page is also linked to an administration page that allows users to edit.

Intuitive display of the proportion and time of the nine major losses. Values of three key parameters of OEE, abnormal downtime.


When filtering conditions are updated, the surface shape is automatically updated, and the response speed is fast; The red bar represents the lost time, the green bar represents the negative rate loss (the time gained by running above MDR), and the gray bar represents the running time; Each bar will be classified by category at the bottom of its label, and the time will be displayed on the bar; Clicking on one of the tiles will navigate to the event list of downtime events in the selected loss category.
