The purpose of implementing the Mass Flowmeter Management System is to more effectively monitor the oil and gas trade handover process, remote diagnose the running status of the flowmeter and trace the historical running data.


I. Principle

The mass flowmeter management system is a centralized equipment and data management system. This system sets up a data acquisition and data processing server in the main station designated by the customer through the intranet of the enterprise, and collects and manages the data of measuring instruments in the area. An operation management system is set up in the central control room to realize man-machine interaction between measurement data and operating parameters of mass flowmeter.

IV. System Functions

1. Real-time monitoring

The measurement management system of mass flowmeter provides real-time monitoring function for key parameters of mass flowmeter;

2. Record the changes of important operation parameters in real time to prevent unauthorized modification;

3. Data analysis and operation status prediction

The measurement management system of mass flowmeter tracks and records the historical operation data of the measurement system in real time, and forms the historical record curve of important parameters and statistical analysis data. According to the graph and statistical analysis data, the wear state of each component of the system can be predicted, and parametric technical data can be provided for predictive maintenance;

4. Online diagnosis

The real-time on-line diagnosis function (zero point verification and zero point calibration) of the mass flowmeter metering system provides a guarantee for the rapid optimization of bad production processes and the rapid treatment of equipment failures, improves the stability and trouble-free time of metering equipment, and reduces the loss caused by the treatment lag;

1. Station Overview

It is used to display the key technical indicators of each flowmeter, in which each flowmeter can open a menu by right-clicking, and enter the function interface of the corresponding flowmeter through the right-click menu.





2. Detailed Display

Users can click the flowmeter with the left key to enter this page, which is mainly used for some important parameters of the flowmeter and its setting time; In addition, the alarm status of related flowmeters will be displayed, including important alarm, information alarm and operation report. when the mouse moves over the alarm code, it will prompt the specific alarm information. When an alarm is generated, a yellow exclamation mark icon will appear. Click the icon to pop up the corresponding alarm handling opinions:






3. Zero Verification and Zero Calibration

Check the current zero point of flowmeter, and re-calibrate the zero point.







4. Following Verification

According to time, flowmeter and other query information, query historical alarm, historical alarm KPI, parameter change (all parameters, including 4 new parameter points), historical alarm and parameter change (all parameters, including 4 new parameter points), important parameter change (8 parameters that affect measurement accuracy) and operation message.





5. Operation Trend

It is used to query and display the real-time/historical trend of specified parameters, which is different from the trend of SCADA. It adopts external trend chart control, which is powerful and intuitive.

It is used to export CSV files in a specific format from historical data. It can export the change records of key historical parameters (the first category) and the history records of data that affect handover (the second category).
