The software filters through the data that is generated by your existing systems and machinery, and aggregates all of the pieces that are deemed red flags (that need to be responded to quickly), to minimize the impact/ cost of poor quality.
TrakSYS integrates with your existing infrastructure which enables you to automatically (or manually)
collect data for the purposes of historical trending, SPC analysis, and scrap and defect tracking.
The comprehensive E-Records allow you to take a look at the data related to any job whether it is in process, scheduled, or complete. You will be able to see relevant information pertaining to batch, KPI's, material consumption, and process deviations (just to name a few).

Having access to data is only half the battle. TrakSYS also provides a broad range of quality control features. Displayed is a configurable corrective action/preventative action form. Utilizing this form allows you to create a plan to address the non-conformances that are impacting your quality.
Assign team members, create a schedule, identify root-causes, as well as enabling operators to document corrective action. As your team works to address issues, TrakSYS will generate real-time notifications that can be sent to all parties involved, in the form of emails and texts, which assists in shortening the resolution and response cycle. |
